We cut our teeth on commercial construction and have built everything from simple tenant build-out projects to hangar buildings for the Presidential fleet of Air Force One jets. Our experience lies in schools, churches, hospitals, offices, warehouses, distribution facilities, and a multitude of other commercial buildings.

It’s best for the customer, when we can take your ideas, mold them into a realistic plan, and begin construction on a fast-track, design-build concept. The typical design/build project can not only save months on a schedule, but also 10-15% on completed construction cost when compared to the traditional style of hiring individual architects and engineers, putting the project out for bids, and hiring a contractor unfamiliar with your goals. We have constructed over 300 condominiums, townhouses, and apartment units (mostly ‘for sale’ units purchased by college student parents). We offer multi-family construction from duplexes to mid-rise apartment buildings.
